Our Client, a major global law firm, engaged LAC to complete a year-long consulting study to assist in controlling staff turnover, reduce a bloated library collection, and plan an office move. As a result, the Firm decided to outsource all staffing, operations and management of its law library to LAC. Projects handed over included the Firm’s historical archive; research, reference, outreach and training programs; collection development and electronic resource contract negotiations; and management of virtual resources, including web content for the Firm’s Intranet. LAC’s staff has received several commendations for excellent service from the firm’s management committee.
