How Does It Work?

When an entire department or function is outsourced, LAC absorbs the existing staff as our employees. Clients usually require LAC to continue with the same level of benefits and seniority for all outsourced staff, which we are happy to do. LAC has been in business since 1986, and we mark our success in serving our employees well by our low attrition rate and large number of long-term employees who consider LAC their career destination.

Options

Not all outsourcing projects involve an entire department or function. Many of LAC's strategic outsourcing solutions require LAC staff to work alongside our clients’ employees in a variety of different scenarios. For example, LAC may provide a project manager or director on an outsourced basis to help the client manage the operation or function. Often LAC provides our employees to supplement client teams or staff.
